ClicFlyer is absolutely free for everyone to use, a premium version is also availble if you wish to remove ads.
No, decent mobile connectivity is sufficient. However, wifi is recommended.
Ads can be removed by subscribing to a premium version of ClicFlyer.Tap the crown or home> menu> manage subscription

All offers are available until their validity period and till stocks last.Items are marked out of stock only when we are officially informed by the retailer.

Features & Functions
If a retailer has newly published offers, it will have a 'NEW' band on its their tile on the home page. Click on it to view the details. Once you click on it, you will see a list of flyers with 'NEW' band on the new flyers.
You can pin your preferred retailers by clicking on the heart symbol on the retailer page
You can save offers by clicking on the save offer button on the offer page. The saved offers can be found under the MY OFFERS section.
Our advanced search functionality allows one to search for items, stores, categoeis as well as subcategories.
You can find all the stores in which an offer is available in by clicking on the store button on the offer page
Yes, you can shop by category, as well as sort by retailer, price, sub category etc
The app is available in English & Arabic. You can change the language by clicking on the menu icon, selecting settings, and clicking on the language button, you can then select the preferred language.
You can view all popular offers by browsing the TRENDING OFFERS page, you can then view all offers there. Trending offers are determined automatically by our algorithm based on user interest.
The app only shows active offers and mentions it's validity date. If an offer is not visible again, it may have expired or is no longer available in the store. If you had saved the offer earlier, it will continue to show in your My Offers section, however it will be greyed out, with 'expired' where the validity is mentioned.
The location is set at the one you selected when signing up. You can change the location manually by clicking on the menu icon, selecting settings, and clicking on the location button, select your desired country and city.
You can use the shopping list feature in order to help plan your shopping more efficiently.
The online coupons can be redeemed by clicking on the coupon flyer to be redirected to the retailers website, where you can enter the coupon code during checkout in order to avail of the offers.
Some offers can be purchased online directly using the ClicFlyer app. Look for the BUY ONLINE icon next to the retailer/flyer/offer, and click on the buy online button to be redirected to the retailers ecommerce site where you can purchase the product. Some products can be bought online only if the retailer has opted for the feature and made it available. Look out for the BUY ONLINE icon.
In order to enable notification settings, you need to be logged in. Once you are logged in, visit the settings page. You can now enable / disable notifications as well as select your preferences.
Yes, pinch the screen to enlarge the offer, or click on the offer to view more details.
Some retailers may offer home delivery via the WhatsApp ordering feature. This would depend on the retailer having opted for the same.
1. Open Facebook on your device. Tap in the top right of Facebook.
2. Scroll down and tap Settings.
3. Scroll down to Security and tap Apps and Websites.
4. Tap Logged in with Facebook.
5. Tap next to the apps or games you want to remove.
6. Tap Remove > Remove. This should remove Clicflyer App for any further access to your Facebook data.
To completely remove your data, follow further steps :
7. Go to 'Removed' app section.
8. Search for Clicflyer. Click on view details. Copy user Id being shown the box.
9. Please write to us on support@clicflyer.com with your email id which you had used for Facebook login & this Facebook user id. We will get your data deleted permanently and assist you with other login modes, if requested.

The charges vary depending on the number of stores, coverage of your retail chain, the number of flyers you wish to publish & related services you wish to include in your subscription.
Offers can take at least 12 hours to publish from receipt, depending on the size of flyer, as we have to convert your flyer into App friendly interactive offers. We always request flyers a day prior to start date of the promotion for timely updation.
Yes, but we always recommned against it. Your flyer will be as per the store locations listed with us. Lisitng all stores will give you better visiblity and improve your total flyer views and popularity on the app.
No, Flyers and leaflets can be provded in a high resolution PDF or jpeg format, we will take care of the rest!
Yes, you can use banner ad option to annouce to the shoppers of home delvery facility, send push notifications or list whats app delivery option for each store seperately. Contact us to know more.
